Features of Bismuth powder:

Bismuth powder is a kind of spherical metal nanoparticles with colors from dark grey to black according to different particle sizes and there is no mixed colors or obvious agglomeration.

Application of Bismuth powder:

Bismuth powder can be used as lubricant additive: when added 0.1 to 0.3% of Bi nanoparticles to grease in the friction process, the friction surface will form a self-lubricating, self-laminating mask to protect the machine, which will significantly improve the grease performance.
Bismuth powder can be used in the metallurgical industry: can be used as the additives during the production of cast iron, steel and aluminum alloy, which can improve the cutting performance of the alloy.
Bismuth powder can be used as magnetic materials: bismuth has smaller thermal neutron absorption cross section, lower melting point, and higher boiling point, which enable it to be the heat transfer medium used in nuclear reactor.
